Justin Bradshaw

Painter

Justin Bradshaw was born in 1971 in London and studied at the City and East London School of Art until 1989. He moved to Rome in 1984 where he began receiving commissions for paintings. His first exhibition was in 1999, and since then he has held eight more solo exhibitions.
His painting technique has evolved through watercolour on paper to the use of oils on copper, with a preference for the study of details and textures both in the stone surfaces of the city and the skin and the folds of materials in the painting of portraits.
